SJE's 2024 Vacation Bible School theme is "Read To Believe." It is founded in Scripture and will teach the children:

• that God created each one of them
• to have faith in God's plan for them and for our world
• to understand that God is loving and forgiving, and
• to learn how to thank Him for the wonderful gift of life and creation.

With the rainbow as sign of God's promises to us, we will celebrate with traditional Bible songs like:

• "I've Got That Joy Down in My Heart"
• "Jesus Loves Me" and
• "This Little Light of Mine."

Each day of VBS begins with an Assembly & Skit, where all students will learn about our Bible story, virtue, and color of the day.

After Assembly, there is classroom time with more details taught about the daily Bible story, virtue, and Saint. This will include time for reflection and prayer.

The rest of the day is spent reinforcing the daily virtue/Bible story/Saint at Activity Rotations including Music, St. Sebastian's Sports Clinic, and Crafts/Science. Daily snacks will be provided for all campers and volunteers.
